Folderless is a personal, AI-native service that organizes and retrieves your important documents, running entirely on your local device (laptop or homegrown private cloud). With local AI, Folderless makes everything instantly searchable and accessible — locally, or securely on the go. No folder maze. No duplicates. (Media — images and videos — coming soon.)

HOW it works

Drop your documents into Folderless. Our local AI Engine organizes with cognitive schema maps every digital asset to the way your brain thinks — not by folder hierarchy, but by meaning. A local AI model runs on your device, extracting metadata without ever sending your files to the cloud or Large Language Models (LLMs). Find any file by searching who it's about or what it is.

WHY you should care

Your most sensitive personal data — tax returns, passports, media memories — even on popular cloud storages are not guranteed to be privacy gurantee including profiling. Every cloud service that "organizes" your documents also scans, indexes, and potentially monetizes your data. Folderless is different. Everything stays on your device. We can't see your documents because they never leave your machine.
